islands are accessible by air or hydrofoil from Athens, making them a favorite
choice for long and short trips throughout the year, as well as the ideal basis
for nearby day-trips to the country's major historic and archaeological sights. |

| Residences
and Apartments are situated in primary areas inside town, near the beach or
overlooking a Greek fishing village and the sea. These are by norm restored
buildings, reached by car or on foot. Fully equipped kitchen/dinning room.
All are 1 to 3 bedrooms accommodating 2 to 6
persons. Living room/dining room part of which has small wooden loft furnished
with desk and sofa accommodating 2 persons. Large veranda overlooking the sea
(fire place). Bathroom with bath, shower. |

Additional
facilities can include a large swimming pool, with a section for children, and a
coffee-bar/restaurant offering a choice of refreshments, cocktails, snacks and a
variety of exquisite meals.
Catering
for leisure and business, some complexes also boast fully equipped, purposely
designed conference room with seating for 75 delegates or more, a professional
staff and a wide range of services that ensure the success of every conference,
business meeting, reception and gala. |
On
the islands, whose history has blessed them with an array of highly interesting
sights and glorious manors, and whose natural attractions keep visitors
returning year-after-year, the establishments are quite confident of satisfying
even the most discerning businessman and traveler.

Villas, Apartments and
Residence vacations offer:
- More living space than hotel suites. Every
room is beautifully decorated and fully furnished.
- Bedrooms to easily accommodate children (and
their nanny). Or to share with another couple. Perfect for honeymooners, too!
- Swimming in the serenity of a private pool or
an azure sea. Sunning and relaxing in privacy.
- Luxurious homelike setting, with services
usually available only to the wealthy. (Yet, remarkably, the cost per person is
often less than staying at a deluxe class hotel.) Drivers, cooks, and servants
may be available by special request.
- Facilities for breakfast, lunch, and even
dinner, as you like it, on your private terrace or by the pool, often with a
view of the sea. Be informal ... keep to your own schedule ... or to no schedule
at all.
- A European life-style, enjoy salad from the
outdoor farmer's market ... wine from the vineyard ... bread hot from the
baker's oven. Unpack your luggage once, then settle in as if you were at home.
- On-site first-class amenities are often
available, such as tennis courts, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, as well as
nearby golf courses, historic sites, art galleries, boutiques, and casinos.
- General terms &
conditions:
Reservations
A
deposit equal to 50% of the total is required within seven business days to
confirm your reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure.
Cancellations
All
cancellations are subject to a minimum charge of 10% of the total rental cost.
Cancellations received 60 days (90 days for Christmas bookings) or less prior to
departure are subject too a charge of 50%. Cancellations received 30 days (60
days for Christmas bookings) or less prior to departure are Non-Refundable
unless the property is re-rented to another party for the same rate. (Although
every effort is made to re-rent the accommodation to another party, we strongly
urge that you purchase trip cancellation insurance.) Some rentals and certain
Residences are non-refundable at all times. Please check at time of booking.

Anemos
Tours acts as an agent for
accommodations and assumes
no responsibility for property loss or damage, nor liability for injury,
accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or
defect in any vehicle or the acts of any company or persons engaged in conveying
the passengers to or from their accommodations. Therefore, travel insurance is
recommended.
